Newly cleared 5.4 acre bare land for lease or partnership in Richmond, BC. Close to Blundell Road and No 5 Road. In the ALR (Agricultural Land Reserve).
Farm opportunity
Being in the middle of Richmond, the land has excellent market access (ex. road side farm stand). The land has never been farmed and just recently cleared. There is a layer of root mat and further ground work by an excavator is needed before planting. This is a good opportunity to get organic certification. The soil is acidic bog soil, perfect for blueberry as proven by the abundance of blueberry farms around.
