Farm description
Originally this area was used for cattle farming...10 years ago is was split up into smaller parcels and has been used for haying and hobby livestock rearing since then. I am hoping to use the land for crops, nurseries, bee keeping etc. But I am open to any and all ideas as long as the land will be maintained and respected.
Farm opportunity
I am willing to work with a potential farmer to use 5-7 acres of my 10 acre parcel. I would be willing to invest capital into land improvement and farm equipment with the right partnership structure.
