Business Address: 1060 Village View Rd, Breslau, ON N0B 1M0 Work Location: 1295 Village View Rd, Breslau, ON N0B 1M0 Type of Employment: Full time - Permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: • Monitoring animal health • Feed and tend animals • Operate and maintain milk equipment • Milk cows • Clean barns • Detect disease and health problems in livestock • Examine product for quality and prepare for market • Write daily basic progress reports Automated Systems Experience • Milking system (automated) • Feeding and watering system Work Conditions - Repetitive tasks - Attention to detail - Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling Requirements: - Education: Not required - Experience: Experience is an asset. Training will be provided. - Basic Farm knowledge is required Salary: $18.00 hourly, 48.00 – 60.00 Hours per week. Benefits: Pension plan, uniform, footwear, accommodation provided at a discounted rate and transportation costs covered if worker needs relocation. Important Information: The candidate will work 6 days a week. Position requires extended work hours and flexibility in scheduling. Weekends are required and holidays may be required.
