Farm opportunity
The Farm Labourer is a key contributor to the daily flow of the operation, working closely with the Farm Manager and a committed team to ensure everything runs efficiently. This hands on role involves operating and maintaining equipment, supporting crop production, and taking on a wide range of general farm tasks. The ideal candidate is a true go getter, someone who stays busy, takes initiative, and communicates clearly. They bring a strong willingness to learn and the ability to anticipate what needs to be done, stepping in confidently when the Farm Manager is unavailable. These qualities help the entire team thrive and keep the farm moving forward.
