Farm description

My name is Scott and I am looking to create an area of around 15 acres for low cost farming. My goal is to create 15 one acre lots for a family or anyone that can't afford to start or just doesn't want to spend millions of dollars to start taking care of their own. With just one acre lots I feel they would be much less costly to start up a small local business and also enjoy some fruits of your own labor. If you are looking to build on it this is where we have to look to the town. I am passionate , very passionate about doing this project and possibly change some of the Agricultural laws, which may or may not be outdated. If you've looked at the Agricultural laws you will understand the fight I may have. I assume that is also why many people on this site are looking to lease small properties. I am willing to lease one to two acre lots that may eventually be purchased if and when the town of Oro medonte allows building small farms for families an small communities. The property I have plans to do this project on is located towards Line 5,6,7 North in Oro-Medonte. The field is a hay field Zoned Agriculture and has to be used for farming and for self sustaining. There are laws that I want to approach the town about, and many others about getting changed, only for the better, which would still be Agricultural but a smaller version. I have had two meetings with very knowledgeable people at their town office and I feel this idea is something the new Mayor of Oro will accept or may consider, along with council. Fingers crossed. I would like to sell each acre lot but the town has their laws and codes. What I am willing to do is lease one acre lots for your farming business. I want to do one acre lots because eventually i would like to see this area as a small farming community with opportunity for growth. A family can grow for years to come and also the land they own will help them live a much better life, IN MY OPINION... If you are wanting to discuss my property and my plans and costs then I prefer an initial call or text to set up a phone conversation. Thank you. Phone 7053337817 Email: sapleb67@gmail.com
