Farm description
Historically used for sheep pasture and hay for the last 30++ years. Farmer sold his business and tenant is not renewing their lease. Looking to ensure the land is kept in good shape. Good for garlic, berries, etc. Planted 40 fruit trees last spring. Black walnuts at the front of the property, sugar maple in the bush. Looking for a farmer to work with. I have several restaurants that would buy what we grow. I don't have equipment and am just a landlord and advocate for healthy food -want to be upfront about that.
