Farm description
This is a parcel of land that was once pasture land. It has been neglected and overgrown and is in need of rehabilitation. A large pond and a hay field are available. There is also a portion of designated organic soil (not certified organic this is a building restriction imposed by the province because the soil has been identified as nutrient rich for farming). I would like this land to become a thriving permaculture farm to help boost agri-tourism and drive business to the farm, the property, and the community.
