Overview
My husband and I moved to Cape Breton Nova Scotia 3 years ago. We have been looking for our perfect farm and saw that there are like minded people on here who have the same ideas about agriculture, livestock, hydroponics, bees and life. We are looking for a forever farm where we can call home. My husband is a man of all trades, he is a Carpenter, maintenance, grounds keeper. I can keep going on! (lol). I am a Reiki Master and am able to bring healing to animals and people anywhere we go. We hope we could be the perfect fit for your farm.
Experience
My husband and I have no prior experience with farming on any big scale at all. My husband is a jack of all trades and is very handy ,he also has an amazing green thumb. We both want an opportunity to live off the land. Our home gardens are just beautiful. We both are of the mentality of living off the land as much as possible. I have a background in Animal Sciences and am a Reiki Master so as far as the livestock they will be in very good hands. As far as bee keeping, I am a naturalist and would have a million things that I can make from the bees and keep the bee population growing.

This would be a venture for myself and my husband most of the time. But we do have grown children and I'm sure they will be out to lend a hand as well. We are very family oriented an would love for this to be something that is a forever farm for us so that our children's, children will be able to enjoy it as well.
Farm Vision
Our farm vision would be to live off the land as much as possible. We would like to farm and harvest year round so if there is a green house on site that would be a blessing. We would like to have some livestock as in chickens, goats etc., A farm house that we can lay our heads at night ,proud of the work we have done that day. Make a home where our kids come for holidays and Sunday dinners. Where laughter and love fill the air. We are very fast learners and would love some guidance as we are new to this.....But this has been our dream for a very long time.
Relationship with Farm Owner
We are looking for a long term lease or lease to own. We are willing to share property depending on what works best for both the farm owners nd ourselves. We are very hard working, easy going people that are honest and community forward. We are looking for a farm owner to work with so they can help us achieve our forever farm dreams.
