Overview

A nutritionist who likes to ensure the quality of the source of my food. I believe it all starts at the root. My business www.248creswood.com is all about going to the root, and simplicity of life. The business is all about building a community of consciousness and sustainability. We hope to unit people together to build wellness to the community and educate on alternative ways to live a better, healthier life.

Experience

I just finish school as a Holistic Nutritionist, waiting for my diploma and would like to start an educational farm to fork community. This is where customers and clients can learn about the importance of nutrition and tie it into traditional farming methods through experiences. They can learn the difference and experience with their senses of how amazing nature actually tastes and experience what overall wellness is all about while having fun!

Partner(s)

I hope to involve many different groups of people(such as special needs, elderly, students and low income families) as I farm. People should learn the benefits of farming such as interacting with soil microbes, physical activities, outdoor/indoor activities, the joy of harvest, etc.

Farm Vision

My farm vision is where a community gathers together to work towards one thing - overall wellness. I hope that the farm can be open to open-minded, caring genuine people who care for their health and their food. A place to enjoy nature, the sun, and get a little healthy soil on them. A place where they can find joy and peace.

Relationship with Farm Owner

Looking for a place where I can have a farm to fork operation/educational center. I am also looking for people who are willing to be interviewed and talk about their stories for a YouTube channel. The episode will be about the benefit of local eating, the benefit of traditional farming, and just, your own stories of what made you a farmer and what you like to say. I find everyone's story very inspirational to be a traditional farmer these days instead of doing monocropping, and it is essential for such farmers to build a healthy life with proper nutrition. I hope to use your stories to get across to people who has a hard time taking care of their own health, and rethink their way of lifestyle and they struggle with health problems.
