Three Roots Harvest is officially registered as a general partnership, operated by a family. While we share all core daily farm responsibilities and management within our family, we recognize the labor-intensive nature of our specific crop cycles. During peak operational windows—specifically the key sowing and harvesting phases for our garlic and butternut squash—we will augment our workforce by bringing in trusted friends and hired seasonal general labor as needed to ensure efficiency and timely crop management.

As first-generation farmers entering a land lease or lease-to-own agreement, we highly value the opportunity to integrate into the local agricultural community and learn from the legacy of the land we operate on.
