Overview
I am a regenerative farmer, visionary, and community builder seeking land to establish The Moontrance Collective—a holistic, self-sustaining eco-community built around livestock integration, regenerative land management, and seasonal living. My focus is on designing functional yet deeply meaningful systems that bring people, animals, and ecosystems into harmony. I’m looking for landowners or partners who believe in the power of stewardship, sustainability, and community resilience. If you have land and want to see it thrive in a regenerative, long-term way, let’s connect.

Farm Vision
Long story short: farming within and in cooperation with nature Regenerative, self-sustaining farm built on the principles of holistic livestock management, permaculture, and biodynamics. An ecosystem based farm where animals, people, and wildlife work in synchronicity to restore soil, produce high-quality food, and foster a deep connection to our kinship (often referred to as 'nature')
Relationship with Farm Owner
At its core, the relationship I'd be looking to build is one of mutual trust and shared purpose — something that feels less like a business transaction and more like a genuine partnership between two people who care about the land. A relationship rooted in honesty from day one. I'd want the landowner to know exactly who I am, what I believe about farming, and what I intend to do with their land. No surprises. I'd walk the property with them before signing anything, ask about its history — what it's been used for, what's struggled, what they've noticed over the years.
