Overview
I am a PMP-certified Program Manager transitioning my operational and project delivery skills back to my core passion: hands-on land stewardship and sustainable agriculture. My background combines enterprise-level project coordination, scheduling, and program development with practical, lifelong farming experience. I have hands-on experience in livestock care (goat husbandry, poultry), food forest and market garden management, compost/tillage preparation, woodlot maintenance, and tool/equipment operations. Previously, I founded and ran a community market garden that provided produce to over 50 families, balancing crop planning with community distribution. My partner and I, along with our young child, are seeking a long-term on-farm opportunity where we can contribute meaningful, disciplined labor and operational leadership while putting down deep roots in a rural community. I bring strong organizational rigor, physical stamina, and a deep commitment to regenerative agriculture, soil health, and long-term land stewardship.
